CSH Membership
Benefits
When you become a member of CSH you join a network of skilled, motivated individuals eager to advance the field. Additionally, members will be eligible to receive discounts for the annual CSH symposium convention, the MicroTome newsletter, and information about chapter meetings.
You may register for membership online or by mail. After your application and payment has been processed, you will receive a certificate by email that confirms your membership to CSH.

CSH Membership fees are not refundable or transferable.
1. Payment via PayPal - After you complete the online form, select the option to pay your fees online through PayPal.* If you choose this option, please note that a small convenience fee will be added to your membership total at checkout ($1.00 for student/retired member applicants and $2.00 for regular applicants).

2. Payment via Check - Please complete the online form, then print out a copy of it to submit by mail along with a check.
