Business Cards $30 per issue
1/4 page ad $40 per issue
1/2 page ad $75 per issue
Full page ad $100 per issue

Insert (B&W or Color) $150 per issue (Vendor needs to send the number of inserts that equals the number of newsletters to be sent. There are approximately 255 CSH members) An insert is a single page (8 1/2 x 11, color or black & white), printed on one or both sides, that the vendor prepares as their ad. Vendor submits page for inserting as a loose page into CSH newsletter.

Annual Sponsorship:

Basic: $250 (includes sponsorship acknowledgement in each issue of the newsletter and on the website, a link to their website from our website and a 1/4 page ad)

Enhanced: $450 (includes the above with a 1/2 page ad instead of a 1/4 page ad) Vendor receives a 10% discount per issue when all four issues are paid at once. Please electronically submit all ads and business cards as a PDF file to Kathy Hardy (kathy@oncomdx.com).
