CSH Membership
When you become a member of CSH you join a network of skilled, motivated individuals eager to advance the field. As a membership benefit, members receive workshop discounts at our annual symposium, gain early access to information and events as well as other perks.

Registration
We currently offer membership registration online through Eventbrite with two payment options. See Payment Options below for more details. Your order confirmation from Eventbrite will serve as your proof of registration.
An email address is required for membership. Please use an email address (or provide a secondary one) that is unlikely to change. To update your email or for any questions about your membership, please contact us.

*Online rate includes fees. The service fees help cover third-party service expenses so that we can continue to offer online registration services to our valued members.
** Student and military membership rates require proof of Status. Student must be enrolled in an NAACLS accredited laboratory science program (i.e. Histology, Cytology, Clinical Laboratory science, Phlebotomy). Military members will be asked for military ID.
CSH Membership fees are not refundable or transferable.
Payment Options
1. Pay Online via credit card using PayPal - Select the PayPal button during check-out to pay your fees online. All major credit cards are accepted, or you can pay by e-check. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card checkout using the Guest option. Paying with PayPal is fast, easy, and secure!
2. Pay Offline via Check - Select the Pay By Check button during check-out and pay the mail-in rate for your membership. Payment must be received to complete your registration. Mail your check and a copy of your order confirmation to the address below.
